Verite Timeline is an open source project that allows you to add multimedia timelines to your website. I want to point out that making this work on your own website will require you to access and alter the HTML of your site. If you're not comfortable doing that, you might want to skip this option You can create and install timelines on your site in two different ways. First, you can draw up your timeline using this Google Docs template then adding that completed template to the Verite Timeline code. Alternatively, you can create your timeline in JSON format then adding that code to the Verite Timeline code that you add your site.

To use iMendi just select the language you speak and select the language you want to learn. iMendi then gives you the choice of choosing a lesson (level 1, level 2, etc) or trying a randomly chosen lesson. The "lessons" are really just simple vocabulary matching exercises with a score and the correct answers revealed at the end.
BBC Quick Fix offers a selection of essential phrases for forty languages. The list of phrases varies slightly for each language, but they all include greetings and other essential polite phrases like "I'm sorry I don't speak Icelandic." All lists can be printed. Adobe Form Central. This free web application lets you create pdf’s that are actually web forms that can be filled out directly on the pdf. Forms Central has a huge bank of templates that you can start with including a section just for education. These are mostly application, appointment, quiz type forms. But the best…the ability to create your own custom pdf form! Design items include text fields, date fields, email fields, single choice, multiple choice, drop down menu, single check box, rating scale, file attachments, formatted text, images, and page or section breaks. When you have finished with the form you can set the form up to automatically email recipients, redirect them to a new url, or include a confirmation message.
